This hotel is all about location. Situated right in the heart of the bustling Grassmarket area, it offers easy access to popular attractions like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. The lively atmosphere of the surrounding bars and restaurants really adds to the experience, making it perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the city's vibrant nightlife. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, with a variety of decor styles to suit different tastes. I particularly loved the walk-in shower, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. Plus, the friendly staff were always on hand to assist with any requests or questions I had.
Noise can be expected due to the hotel's central location, but it's a small price to pay for such a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city center and being in a lively area, but unfortunately, the noise from the pub next door was a bit disappointing. The room was compact and in need of some TLC, but the staff were helpful and attended to issues promptly. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel could have benefitted from some investment to bring it up to standard.

Large, clean quadruple room with comfy beds and replenished tea and snacks. Welcoming staff accommodated our needs. Breakfast served in a charming pub next door was freshly cooked and of high quality. Great location near Military Tattoo and Fringe Festival. Pleasant experience overall.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable. the complimentary coffees and teas provided in the room were a nice touch. the hotel's location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and pubs to choose from.
That the room was a bit small. the breakfast offered at the hotel's Irish pub was disappointing, so we ended up going to a nearby cafe instead.

The room was cozy and had a unique decor. I loved the map on the wall and the giant bed. Shower was great. Though the TV had some missing channels, the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect to explore the city. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.
